Delivery & Cancellation
Delivery
We make every reasonable effort to deliver orders on the scheduled date and time. Delivery times are not guaranteed and delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for refunds.
Charcuterie Boards
Board orders may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable.
Grazing Tables & Events
Grazing table and event services require advance planning and the use of perishable ingredients. Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the event date may be eligible for rescheduling or store credit, at our discretion. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued at our discretion.
