Pricing & Minimums
Full grazing table installations are available for events of 20 guests or more, with a minimum spend of $1,275.
For smaller gatherings, we offer:
- Luxury grazing boards
- Elevated graze-to-go options
- Snack boxes or curated board collections
These options allow you to enjoy the Birch experience without a full on-site installation.

- Grazing tables are assembled on-site to ensure freshness and presentation
- Travel within 10 miles is included; additional travel is quoted separately
- Sales tax is not included and will be applied in accordance with New Jersey regulations
- Please allow 24–48 hours for responses to catering inquiries
